OUR HARVESTING SCHEDULE

Summer white truffle season will begin on or around the 20th of Aug. and continue through the 15th of Nov.

Winter truffle season for our Tuber Sinensis will begin on or around the 20th of Nov. and continue through the 15th of April.

Winter truffle season for our Tuber Himalayensis will begin on or around the 20th of Nov. and continue though the 20th of April.

Through this approximation, we can safely estimate that our products will be available to wholesalers between the dates of the 20th of Aug. until the 20th of April.

*please note: All of our in-season fresh truffle will go through a thorough brushing and washing process. Cleansing of all dirts, mold, and securing that they have no unnatural damages.
